respt sir, during caw cell consultng conversation, as boy's side was pressurzng for divorce, i demanded 18 lacs for me n my 5 years son. but they didnt agree for money. we now filed mainttnce case in court, wat would b the effect of that demanded money 18lacs??? if by law, maintnnce amount proved more tahn 18 lacs, would i given only 18 lacs?
CAW cell has written proof that i demanded 18 lacs for out of court settlmnt. will this document prove harmful for me?

The amount of 18 lacs as proof befor CAW cell is not harmful for you.
this will not hamper your maintenance proceedings and you can demand any amount suitable and required by your by way of maintenance and permanent alimony.
Do not worry. The demand of 18L will have no bearing on the on-going proceedings. The court will pass appropriate orders on the basis of pleadings and evidence on record. Good luck.!
