Restitution of Conjugal RIghts

In a RCR case will the family court conduct examinatio and cross exmination to find if there is a reasonable excuse for the spouses to stay apart. Even after counsling session if one of the spuse is re-fusing for re-union will the case be taken for arguments and exmination of witnesses before a decree is ordered.

Please clarify

The court may be proceeding with the case in accordance with law. You may better follow the advice of the counsel representing you in the case. The decree is not passed by the court as a matter of routine.
