retirement benifits-498A
The inlaws aged 58 spent 4 days in jail for judicial remand due to false 498A. in another one year he is going to retire. he is continuating in his job now. after his retirement, can he get his retirement benifits (if his name is in charge sheet, and case is running)?. please tell me whether he gets his retirement benifits or not?.

the case has no adverse effect on his retirement benefits; he will his dues as per entitlement.

no problem till he gets CONVICTED. he will get his all benefit.

he'll get his retirement benefits...you have to worry only he has been suspended from work or any pay has been withheld.. incase any amount is withheld you can ask for it if you are eligible to get it by law! and as far as retirement benefits always go untouched in such criminal allegation and cases! it has nothing do with his work or workplace!

He will get all his retirement benefit which he is legally entitled. Thre is no bar under any provision of law
