Legal Question in Family Law in India

In regards to review at trial court Vs. revision petition HC........

If 'review' at trial court doesn't yield expected verdict (even after new evidence is adduced at the time of review) ...............Am I allowed to go for revision at HC (where I don't have any new evidence to produce... but needs to highlight the material irregularities at trial court...my evidence was very conclusive and material)?

This is in regards to an Int. Order passed in Family Court in India. as per HMA.

Thanks

Instead of filing for review, you may consider filing revision petition and seek permission of the high court to lead additional evidence.
