What are the rights of a non-working woman in Legal seperation case & maintenance.? what are the basic entitlements of a wife.

I dont know why my husband's lawyer are trying hard for mutual divorce Bt I m not interested.? I have hope of reconcillation thats why I m going for legal seperation.

If you are not interested to go for a Divorce then why are you even going for a Legal Seperation, since according to me it is HALF DIVORCE.
