I am rita teaching in delhi. my husband is c,a. in patiala.he wants me to live with him at patiala but my promotion is due but he is insisting and filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under hindu marriage act on the grounds that i am over senstive and dont want to be seprated from my parents and my parents are dependent on my income but this is not true as i told him before marriage that i am carrier oriented woman and my parents are economically sound too so please tell me on which grounds i should fight my case
