my wife filed HMA sec9 case. but i dnt want to take her back at any condition. i m not appearing in that case, altho' my lawyer once appeared there. we didnt file WS. not limit for WS is over. tomorrow is the next hearings. as per your legal experience what would be the judgement of magistrate, i knw it wud b against me..but wat would it approximately be?

you should have filed the WS in order to have a defense in the case. you may ask your lawyer to move an appropriate application allowing you to file a reply otherwise the allegations mentioned in her petition may be proved against you.
i agree with Adv Gupta. Avoid ex parte judgement against you.
court will provide you further chance to file reply.
