R/P sir, thanks for the useful answers, but pl let me nw dat wat is meaning of 'decree of RCR' , as if wife willnt appear in court or will nt recieve summons, then i hav to use 'exparte rights'. as i nw she is never intrstd to cme back, thn wat is legal meaning of 'decree of RCR'

decree of RCR means that the court has accepted your petition and directed your wife to join your company. in other words, the court is convinced that you have a genuine case of calling your wife back.
