r/p sir, i have filed a RCR petition for my wife. but she didnt present on the scheduled first court hearing, as lawyer told that she didnt return the summons. now next date is scheduled this month. in this way she will never return/recieve summons. wat will court do?

In that case court will proceed exparte against her and proceed with your petition for RCR and eventually gives you the decree of RCR.

you could have moved an application u/o 5 rule 17 for the orders of affixation of summons at a conspicuous place of her homestead. however, you may do that even now.
