r/p sir,this is the case of 13-B mutual divorce. i am from maharashtra. husband from banglore.marriage took place in banglore.we lived together in chennai after marriage. now we both are ready for mutual divorce. husband will file divorce petition in banglore courts. is it necessary for me to arrange a private lawyer in banglore courts from my side also to file the mutual divorce petition??

Mutual Divorce petition is joint petition which both parties file in court for getting divorce. If you don't trust husband's lawyer than you can hire a lawyer.
