Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am getting Rs.15000 per month whereas husband getting Rs.35000 per month in Maharashtra, India. divorce case filed by husband and Domestic Voilence act and 498a, 34IPC filed by me. I and husband also living in rental house separately. then shall i get maintainance from him to survive me

You may be entitled to maintenance to be decided by the court depending upon living standard and income of both of you.
