Legal Question in Family Law in India
We are running a christian ministry in chennai . one girl from basin bridge came and wept stating that her parents are tormenting her to do hindu religious customs without her wishes. so on feb 5th she came to our house and stayed with us for 130 days their parents have filed a fir on feb6th as girl missing. on june 15th, police came and searched our house but we hid her in a right place.so they could not trace her. they called me to a police enquiry next day.but our lawyer said to make the girl go back home.but the girl of 32yrs cried and went away.now we want to get her back and make her stay with us lifelong.their parents are from a rowdy background.we want to do something for her sufferings as we all love the girl so much.my mum has become sick after that kindly help what to do can we adopt her or can we approach human rights or any legal formalities she is unmarried

she is 32 years old and can stay anywhere she wants. no one can force her to stay with her parents.
