Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,

i am sagar patel. i have two children in my married life, my wife so torcher me i want to divorce from her but she want to torcher life time. she is not ready for divorce.please give me some advice on this point, how can i get divorce.it is not possible to live with her.she and her parent also torcher me.

as you have children, it is advisable to settle the matter amicably. in case you still want to go for divorce, you may file a petition on the ground of mental cruelty.

If you want to divorce her then file a petition for divorce before the court by taking one of the grounds mentioned in the act.
