Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello, i am sagar. i have wife and two children.but my married life is so bad. There is not possible to live with my wife because of tourchering of her and her parents. I want divorce but my wife is not ready. If she will ready for divorce i am always ready to give her my all properties.but she want only tourchering.

so, I am deside to convert to islam and mary with muslim girl. and then am i safe with law. if i marry with muslim girl.can my hindu wife claim to me.what is a law position in this case?

plz give me solution .

even if you convert to islam, still u have to seek divorce under hindu marriage act from your first wife.
