Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,

i am sameera patel muslim by religion. i want to marry one hindu boy.he is government servent.after marriage is his service effected or not.and after marriage is it necessory to accept one religion hindu or muslim? and what is a procedure for this.

you may marry under special marriage act and the job of none of you will be affected by the marriage. regarding marriage, you may contact a lawyer.
