Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi im sandy, I was registered married with my boyfriend in 2006 and he cheated me and then appied for divorce he accepted but after 5 months he went to dubai and didnt come to india to sign the divorce papers. Its been 19 months now. What can I do to get divorce asap because my family wants me to get married to other guy and settel as im 28 now...please advice..

dear sandy apply for divorce on the ground of desertion if yr husband will not ready for mutual divorce. if he will not appear in court, then court will grant ex-party order of divorce against him. for more legal help call me on 9422611385
