Legal Question in Family Law in India

you are giving me good advice and not false hope.
it means if case will run in delhi,then me and my family members against whom case is regirtered have to come delhi everytime on hearing .
and if it took 5 yrs then my family members life also disturb. as its not easy to visit delhi and lot of expenceses and waste of time. mental harresment. and at end girl side win because they are in their hometown. and not be punished if they proved guilty.
thats why many innocent boy commict suecide as they know they will never win..
pls advice me also how much it cost me (fees) one time till end of case in which anti bail and all charges and all hearings just rough idea. so that i will prepare to fight or to sacrifice my life for my relatives as i dont want them to be suffer with me.
i ts my mistake i married a wrong girl.
