Thanks sanjay kalra jee i will contact you soon. but advice me i should avoid the women cell call or wait for legal notice.or visit delhi.
its legal that women cell just call and one have to appear in front of them
wheather person live in same city or 500 km away from from where she complaint .

Try to find out about the stage your complaint is in . Normally it is for conciliation of parties. But i think you should not appear but let somebody from your side appear and find out the status of your complaint and what the girls side are interested in .It does'nt matter weather you are in the same city or 1000 km away from the city. There are allegations against you and your family for dowry etc. which maybe true or false .You have no choice but to defend it or else the same complaint is going to be converted into FIR.
