i hav already issued divorce 2 mmonths back...my wife has put dva. can i issue RCR ?

no, you cannot. As suggested, be it may before the court where divorce is pending or before the court where dva is pending, ask for mediation. let the court appoint a mediator and then seek restitution of conjugal rights.
