Hi ,

I have sister She had got married before six years. She and her husband working in IT field. But my sisterd got the good job in U.S.and she want separation from her husband due to reason he is not love her and not taking family responsiblilty , but she's husband not interested to separation, he said he is love her lot . They have Flat and taken loan on name both of them., but my sister paying Whole Loan By his Salary, His husband paying small expenses of home becoz he have less payment then my sister, by the way they don't have any Children.
Please give me good suggestion. In this case What about the Flat, Who is become the Whole owner of the Flat .

they will become co sharer

your sister should take property in her name only.

however if the criteria for rejecting the husband is money only then i would suggest you to advice her that love is more important then money.
