Is there any legal way to get save from any dowry case beforehand? I am married more than 2 yr, hv 6 mnth baby gal living with my wife with inlaws since last 10 mnths.

Yes, there are more than one legal ways to avoid registration of a criminal case if your wife is likely to make a complaint u/s 498-A/406 IPC and D.V.A.
Your intentions have to be very very genuine and above-board; make strenuous efforts to mend your ways and keep persuading your wife to forgive you for the mistakes you might have committed - may be unknowingly, laboring under the wrong 'ego' influence.
You must keep supporting your wife and the child without waiting for any court order. Your visits to your wife's place and spending time with the family may help.
