What are an husband's rights, with respect to divorce and child custody, when he comes to know after marriage that his wife is schizophrenic??

The husband may seek divorce and also child custody.

However, he may have to provide maintenance / support to wife.

in case she is proven to be schizophrenic, the husband would be entitled to the custody of the child and it would depend upon the degree of schizophrenia, entitling the husband for divorce on the ground of incurable disease.
