Sec 498

My Daughter-in law has made a police case that she was harressed mentely & asking for dawery against me but actually it is wrong. My son & daughter-in-law live seperately since last 8 year & we are also not present in india in most of days , then how is it possible ?. in fact i help them economically. how can i safe me from this police case & court case ?

you dont need to worry as your son and DIL are not staying with you and even if she files false case against you, you will easily bail yourself out and also avoid future harassment.
