sec 482 quashing of fir
me & my brother married with 2 real sister. my wife is with in laws from 15/02/2008 & by borther's from 20/4/2007. now they laodge a fir against whole family me & brother, sister & brotheron 8-7-2009.
case dairy yet not completed, their bayans are still pending
plz tell me best of use sec 482 in this regard

u should approach the high court for quashing only if the f.i.r doesnt make out an offence. its better if you scan and send the copy of f.i.r to me at [email protected]

482 may not help. You may consider an amicable out of court settlement of the entire dispute.
