Legal Question in Family Law in India

here i seek ur urgent help. a flat is on joint registered name of husband and wife, altho' EMIs are being paid by hubby only. during divorce settlement (out of court), husband is denying to give flat's share to wife. pls tell whether wife can claim legally her share in that flat or not?

yes, she has an equal right in the house and she can stay in the house and also claim half the share in the house. it is for the husband to prove that he purchased the house.
