Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can I send a legal notice to my mother in law , because I am threatened that she may take over my property and money . Also I dont want my mother in law to meet my child because I am threatened that she may take away my child . I need a legal advise

just because there is an apprehension, the court may not grant you requisite orders. but you may file a civil case restraining your mother in law from interfering in your peaceful possession.

Your mother in law has no right to do anything with your property and cannot take your child unless and otherwise you have given her a power. If you fear anything then prefer a complaint to the police and prove your statements before the police.
