Legal Question in Family Law in India
There is one senior police official in Bengaluru, who is reportedly well known to my nephew's father in law. Certain demands for money from this F-I-LAW and wife, was not met by my nephew. They filed a fabricated false 498A against my nephew and sister's whole family and my married niece who stays away. At the insistence of this senior police officer, my nephew was arrested and the case is in court. However, my nephew's father in law is still trying create problems to my sister's family by using the influence of this senior police officer. Since I had given surety for bail, even I was asked to withdraw my bail failing which he would use hooligans to destroy me. Kindly advise whether we can (i) file any complaint against this senior police officer and with whom (ii) this is well known today that these money crazy urban girls are using 498A for their personal benefits-how to get rid of this? regards, ashok k rao, bengaluru
