Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am seperated by law having won the case in sessions court five years back.since then there has been no further legal proceedings from opposite side. am i eligible for second legal marriage.

After sepration you need to get divorce else you are not eligible for second marriage, court will easily give you divorce.

Depends on the nature of the case you won in Sessions court. If the case was about divorce or dissolution of marriage and no further appeal/ revision is filed, then you can remarry.
