How to Serve Divorce Notice when wife's address is not known
Hello Sir,
Unable to bear the torture of my psychologically ill wife, i returned back to India where i got married as per Hindu Act to file for divorce. However having come to known about my divorce petition, she disappered from her USA residence inorder to avoid receiving the notice. Now, what are the options left for me ?. How can i serve the notice to her. She is Permanent Resident of USA. I do not know where she lives now.
I've filed the divorce petition in Andhra Pradesh.
This is urgent. Please, some one let me know.

There are three ways of serving notice upon her :
(a) try service through Indian embessay in USA;
(b) make an application to the court concerned for service through publication in leading news papers of the area in India as well as in USA.
(c) by speed post/priority mail with proof of delivery.
You may serve her on the last known address OR hire a detective agency obtain her latest address and cell phone number.
