Ok My wife is making Problem in mutually concent filed Divorce Case.We r Hindu Now My Q is can by becoming Muslim Can I give Her Talaq which is Right of a Muslim Men.Actually she is Doctor and found to Have a Male friend with which she kept telephonic contact [ this is the proof avaliable rest good knoes ] for more than one year .which disturbed our family so please guide me

in case you married as a Hindu, you will have to seek divorce under Hindu laws only and your conversion to other religion is of no use.
