seshadri sir with reference of the stage of new amendent in divorce law i want to know what challenges can be there and it is a matter of many years please let me know

Like adviced by me already on this forum, when the bill does becomes law, you may be able to use the new grounds even in respect of old disputes pending in court. Please consult with fuller details for comprehensive advice.
