Out of settlement of Rs.4 lacs, Rs.2 lacs paid to wife at the time of quashing 498(A) and now remaining Rs.2 lacs paid to daughter and filed a Divorce suit by husband where the Judge Incharge has ordered maintenance pendente lite of Rs.4,000 per month. Would my appeal filed in High Court be allowed ? Please advise.

in case your appeal to the high court is against the interim order of Rs. 4000/- per month, i do not think that the high court would interfere with such a small amount of maintenance.
