Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Name is Shahnawaz Khan ,Jaisalmer Rajasthan I am 28 years old. I got Married with Salma in jaisalmer om 25 may 2007. My Borther was married on same date with her cousin nasreen. After my Son Rehann birth on 21 feb 2008 . There was some arguments between my brother and nasreen. due to this the nasreen went to her parents home.Then my brother went to take her back nasreens parents fighted with her and told they will not send nasreen . In this case , my wife salma also took the stand of her cousin and stayed back to her parents .. .After that fight she didnt came to my home. Our socity people force us to bring them back as they are your Brides. So we took them back . but both the sisters were not doing any work in my home, nor respecting me and my family. they also go to their parents home from morning 11 am and returned back at 9 p.m in the night. In short they were not staying in our home . As time spent I fell in love with my couleage pooja and I started living with her in jaipur. We had done marriage . When my wife salma came to know that she sued me and my parents with false cases of 498A , 323 and after 3 months she sued me and my father with 125 cr pc . Pls help help me to get rid of her .how to save my parents from her..

As per your names, U belongs to muslim family and u can easily get talak and then everything will be alright. In the meanwhile get the Anticipatory bail from court.

has pooja converted to islam or not? in case not, you may be held guilty of bigamy. as far as 498a and other offences are concerned, courts are liberal enough to grant anticipatory bails unless serious charges are made. contact a lawyer and seek the bail and then defend your case. is Rehaan staying with his mother or you.
