Legal Question in Family Law in India

I would like to know that would i ask for my share in grandfather's property. Here the situation is that my father is not alive and my grandfather wants to give his entire property to my cousine who is living with him. I am staying with my mother on rent after my father. Please suggest what I do? May i take the legal help or it is a waste of time.

Your mother can claim right to reside in matrimonial home and u may file suit for partition and may file civil suit

is the property self acquired by your grand father or it is ancestral. in case it is self acquired, he may will it to anyone. however, seek help of lawyer in person with all the documents.
