Re: regarding share of property
it is ununderstandable that how you ask only for 10k as permanent alimony. anything can be said only after going through your application and the petition and afterwards the order of the court. where was this case pending. you need to send the documents for further comments.

Re: regarding share of property
to very long... the court had given direction keep you your future in mind.. after lapse of the appeal time limit you can call upon lawyer to file an execution petition!
Re: regarding share of property
You have been granted half share of the house, which i think stands in the name of your husband. You need to apply for seperation of your share in the same. What shld be the future course of action will depend upon a reading of the judgement. You have not given many details. No order as to cost mean that cost incurred in prosecuting the case by parties has not been awarded to parties.
Re: regarding share of property
You can file execution application to execute the decree for getting tyour half share in the property as you are entitled half share in the property of your husband.
The meaning of last sentance of the judgement is that your are entitled to half share in the petitioner's property and as regard the contents that there shall be no order of costs means costs of the case means you are not entitled for any costs of the case.
Re: regarding share of property
the last sentence means that you will not get any monetary benefit except the half share in the property of ur husband.
after filing of execution it should not take more then 3-6 months normally but nothing is certain.

Re: regarding share of property
please send me a copy of the judgement by attachment after sanning. it seems that instead of monthly allowance, the judge has granted permanent alimony by way of share in the house; it is like a preliminary decree in a civil case under CPC. you may need to apply for a final decree for partition of the house by metes and bounds or for sale of the house and division of sale proceeds.
