Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, myself SHEMUEL IMMANUEL SINGH, from Mumbai, India.

We are expecting our first kid in next month february 2012.

Now as we decided... to give our new born son name...AZARIAH.

Now.. my question to you is... CAN I USE MY FATHER NAME ASURNE FOR MY CHILD.

EG. is AZARIAH SHEMUEL IMMANUEL ..... Is legally ok. Cn i use this.

or i need use AZARIAH SHEMUEL SINGH... As our forfather traditions.

Willl it affect anyhere in legl matters for my child....passport making,will,sucession, etc.

If i use AZARIAH SHEMUEL IMMANUEL.

PLEASE HELP ME. Its a matter of my hild whole life.
