Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, Am Shiv.. I got married in 6 yrs back n was blessed with a baby girl in 2006. after the birth of the baby my wife left me and started staying wtih her parents reasoning that she doesnt want to stay with my family. 2 years down the lane, when i Sent her a divorce notice,( as she refused to come back and even after i spoke directly) she in return filed a case under 498A, which was ruled in my favour and in the court she admitted she doesnt want me back in her life...we still not divorced and havent seen or heard from her for the last 2 years..recently I came to know that she got married to another guy.Now as she is married, can I get married too without getting divorce??? Please advise how to go about it from now...

The marriage of your wife without getting divorce from you is null and void . you can challenge the same and if you do the same would amount to Bigamy and adultery.
