shoul divorce laws be made harder to obtain

I would like to know reasons as to why divorce laws should not be made harder to obtain.

Who said its easy if the other side has a strong case divorce is hard to get atleast in India.Thank You.

The prvailing law of divorce is already hard and getting divorce is not a easy job.
