After siging the joint petition of mutual divorce on what ground one can deny the divorce

No reasons are required for withdrawing "consent" for mutual divorce. In fact after filing of petition, the law requires six months time for "re-thinking". Therefore, on the date fixed six months later after filing of "mutual consent divorce" petition, one may withdraw consent without assigning any reason.
