what happens if done didn't sign on gift deed or at the time of execution. whether it is valid. can the downer challenge against it after it was executed for an agricultural land and the land is downer's self acquired property gifted to his daughter .

The gift deed is not only required to be executed by donee but also required to be registered. The act of gift is not complete if not accepted by donee unless there are local rules in state
