Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am single Father and my wife get expired in Sep 2011 Last Year and I have a son who was born in Feb 2010. I was forced to give adoption of my son who is still in my custody to one of maternal uncle and deed was executed but not registered. Now I want to know what is the validity of that deed and is it possible for me to bring my son back if they take my son
