I am single. I want to marry a married woman with a child. Her husband is very cruel to her. She wants to marry me and live with me. she has no one except me. Can i marry her in a temple and keep her with me and then apply for divorce and after getting divorced register our marriage? please help and Will i get legal right over her child? please help

She cannot lawfully marry you without divorcing her husband. The marriage, without divorce, would be illegal. She may also be prosecuted for bigamy, if marry you without taking divorce. Your best bet is for her to first take divorce and then marry you, be it may temple or otherwise
