Single Parental
where can i get information for single parent.
I am having boy 10 month old but without father. I put my name behind him. now how do i make this is as legal?
I want to fly outcountry but they reject my visa on ground that they need father name.
(I already take passport for my son with single parent affidavit from magiestrate.)
Is there any legal processor for regiestration in india as outside country have a Law?

which country rejected your visa?
You may probably file a similar affidavit with the consulate of country concerned as was filed by you for obtaining passport of the child claiming that the child has a single parent. There is no law requiring father's name or existence for the child.
If a spinster adopts a child, she will not need to show father's name on child's records. And that would be perfectly legal.
