sir in 498a my apb got dissmised im yet to be arrested ,my wife has all proof of my previuos fir in 506 507 509 417 section , my name changed in gazzete and passport, my photos with another girl in malasia,hand wrritten copy of having her jewels , but i had given money to SI madam to delay the process of arrest , AFTER MY ARREST WILL THEY HAVE ENQUIRY OR STRAIGHT AWAY PUT ME IN JAIL WITH ALL PROOF

the police will arrest you and send to custody you can apply for regular bail thereafter You may apply for apb to the higher court in the mean time

Please do restrain yourself from illegal activities.. You will be entitled to apply for regular bail and thereafter you would be given an opportunity in the enquiry/trial to prove that you are innocent and the complaint is false.

you may appeal against the dismissal of your anticipatory bail by filing a fresh application for bail in higher court. in case you lose hope and surrender, you may be sent to judicial custody.
