Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, i have got the AB in 498&406;acse.may parents also get the ab.it alomost around 2years no charge sheet has been filed in court. i got ab in month of feb2012& parents got sep2011.all house hold things taken by wife along with her in the presence of investigation officer & i have receving of that belongig with the sign of her dad & her self & I/O sign was also there & witness too.And divorce proceeding going in karkardooma court on first hearing they havn't appeared.is 498 &406;case weak?and suggesr me wat to do now.wife is not staying ewith me from last 6 mnths.Nothing is found in investigation against us.?Plz suggest

Ask the court to dismiss the case of 498 then it will also a ground of divorce.
