Is female members can also include in this?

under domestic violence act and yes female members can also be included if the complainant was in domestic relationship with them.

I agree with Mr. Gupta. Domestic Violence case can be filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005. Female members can be made party respondents if the Complainant was in a domestic relationship with them.
