Sir, agar m apne husband se divorce lu to kya mujhe mere husband ki salary ka kuch percent milega ya nhi.

sadi k kitne months bad divorce mil sakta h?

For that u need to file a petition for maintenance and at the time of divorce you may seek permanent alimony.

shadi k baad 1 saal alag rehne se divorce mil sakta hai or salary ka part court decide karti hai.
