sir agar wife divorce nahi chahti hai aur husband divorce ke liye force kar raha ho tab aisi situation me kya husband ko one sided divorce mil jat hai

wife ke pass divorce petition ko fight karne ki option khuli hui hai. asani se nahi milta hai divorce aur husband ko wife ko summon bhejna padega.
