Hello Sir, Now my age is 56, i got married in 1992. i have no kid so i have adapted 14 tears boy, how his age is 29, but we have no any adoption documents legally, now i want take legal documents. and i wanto to transfer my property to him,, is any problem is there legally,, please explain..thaking you sir,.

if you are the absolute owner of the property and it is your self acquired property, you can transfer it to anyone including your sister s son.
