Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Its an ancestral property earned by my father-in-laws grandgrandgrand father. My father-in-laws father distributed his plots to his 4 sons on condition to spend it during their sisters marriage. But they sold it for their personal use. Now my father-in -law having a plot of 35 cents with a house in it. One plot which left on grandfathers name, grandfather wrote the will on his one of the grandson's name actully some mystery behind this will which is not cleared till now. The case is in muncip court now.

There is an another issue related to me . I got married in 26 Nov 2000. My husband was in army that time, and I was studying for BHMS(Homoeopathy).My In-laws promised my father and me that they will support my studies to continue. But after a few days leave my husband left back to his unit which was in Delhi. My in-laws started torturing me by insulting my father and about saying the dowry. Because of this problem I stayed in Hostel but my father-in -law came there and said some gossips about me there. The made my life full of sufferings. I requested my hus to tke me with him after crying so much he took me with him there I got pregnant and he got a transfer to his next unit.So he left me back to in-laws house. During this period my in-laws made me get out of this house when i was 3 months pregnant. I stayed with my father-in-laws brothers house for one week and my hus again came for leave and took me with him.

Now we came back after his premature retirement frm the army service hoping that we all live together with peace. But my in-laws started making problems. They refused us to add our name in their ration card. This is because my father in law want old age pension. I f my hus add his name in it his pension will not be granted. they are asking us to go for a rental house. We started building a house which is under progress now. I now given a application in legal service authority to sanction us to stay in that house.Also my in-laws spread many gossips about my in this area i also requested the legal authority to order them to stop saying about me. What do u think about the legal aspect of my case.My father -in- law is also telling he will sell all his property except the house and he will take all the money for their lavishness. what should i do. Being a son my hus is helpless. and being a daughter -in-law I do not get the rights of a women in my in-laws. My hus gives me full freedom but because of in-laws I cant do any thing. Please help me wat shoud i DO?
